Verification

Open your dashboard's Verification settings and enable the verification system.

Choose the Discord roles Vanta should use for verified and unverified members. Vanta must be able to manage those roles.

Members can use your Vanta verification page or the /verify command.

The member needs to connect the correct Roblox account through the supported Vanta verification flow.

Test with a normal member account. If the role does not change, check the bot role position and configured role IDs.

Confirm the member linked a Roblox account and is checking the same Discord account.

Make sure Vanta can manage the configured verification roles and those roles are below Vanta's highest role.

Use /verify after fixing the configuration.

Confirm the role IDs and verification settings have not been changed or removed.
