VANTA DOCUMENTATION

Overview

Learn what the Vanta overview shows, how to read its status information, and where to go when you need to take action.

What Overview does

Overview is the operational starting point for your dashboard. It can bring together server status, player counts, staff activity, recent community activity, and duty sessions when your permissions and connections allow them.

Use Overview step by step

1

Check the server status

Start with the server indicator. Online means Vanta is receiving the expected live information. Offline or unavailable states mean you should check the ER:LC connection.

2

Check staff activity

Use the staff activity area to see who is currently recorded as active.

3

Review recent activity

Recent activity is a quick way to spot changes. Use Logs when you need the full record.

4

Check duty sessions

Where duty history is enabled, use the session information to understand current and recent staff activity.

5

Take the action in the right place

Staff issues belong in Staff, application issues in Applications, server issues in ER:LC or Server controls, and access issues in Roles and Permissions.

Why information can be missing

Sections can depend on your permissions, enabled features, or an external service. Check the connection and permissions first.
